Fried Noodle with Chicken Soy Sauce

Who doesn’t like fried noodle? Well, I like fried noodle so much. But are you boring with the usual fried noodle? Than it’s another version of fried noodle that is worth to try. It is a little bit different but still very delicious. It doesn’t need many ingredients like the usual fried noodle, so it is very easy to make.
Serve: 1 portion
For the chicken:
  • 100 gr thinly sliced chicken fillet (about 1/4 part of chicken breast)
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Chinese rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 10 Sweet peas
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • water
For the noodle:
  • 70 gr boiled dry noodle
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 clove shallot, chopped
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • soy sauce, salt, sugar
  • In a bowl, mix together chicken, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, Chinese rice vinegar, and corn startch.
  • Heat 1 tsp of oil in a non-stick skillet
  • Add chicken and cook until they’re half done
  • Add sweet peas, add water if necessary to cook the chicken and sweet peas. Cook until they’re done
  • Transfer  to a bowl and set aside
  • Add another 1 tsp oil into the skillet, toss shallot and garlic and cook until fragrant
  • Add noodle, chicken,  and peas into the skillet, mixed well
  • Add soy sauce, salt, sugar. Bring to taste
  • Transfer the noodle and all the ingredient into a plate
  • Spread pepper and fried shallot
  • Serve hot with chili sauce
